Refund and Returns Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return any OVO product for a full refund, no questions asked. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. To start a return, contact hello@ovosmarthome.com with your order number.
