Orders in Cairo and Giza arrive within 24 hours; the rest of Egypt in 24-72 hours. You get a tracking link by SMS or email, and cash on delivery is available nationwide.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is free across Egypt on every order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Do you ship outside Egypt?

We ship anywhere in Egypt. For orders from abroad, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Devices & setup

Do I need a hub?

No. Locks work standalone with their keypad and app, and cameras connect straight to your Wi-Fi. Everything pairs in minutes.

Which apps do I need?

Lenovo and Tuya devices use the Tuya app, Moorgen locks use Moorgen Life, and cameras use Cam720. All of them are free — no subscription to unlock or check your home.

What happens to my data?

Cameras can record straight to a memory card, with optional cloud storage. We never sell your data.
